They call my home phone, cell phone and work phone saying something about some court action against me. i have tried calling them back for more information but they don't tell me anything, just that if I don't cooperate, they will be serving me summons. How can I clear this up if they don't tell me the company name, dates, etc?? It's crazy and upsetting to get these messages daily!
