Called our mainline asking for *random name* that we don't employ.
The call was answered by one of our non-American employees and the caller decided to imitate her accent...poorly...for the duration of the call.
After being advised that we didn't have anyone working for us by *made up name* they asked for the company owner.
When our non-American employee asked for the callers name and company before she transferred, they advised, "That's alright," in another mocking imitation accent and hung up.
What sort of shyster company hires someone like that to represent them!?!
