try the cease and desist route ask if the calls are reordced when they say YES, tell them good, so you can both be REAL clear that you do NOT want any more calls from them, and if you do, you will view them as harassment and ask / take her name down when she calls, adding that you will be SURE to name her should you need to sue IF they call again.References :
