They are calling me up to 10 times a day. I have told over 6 different people that I am unable to change electric companies because my house is currently on a payment plan for low income families. They continue to call. As early as 8am and as late as 9:30 on weekdays, waking my school aged kids. This is beyond harassment. I've had it. They also call from private and unknown numbers.
