Just received a phone call stating my sister was being summoned for defrauding a financial institution. The caller Donna Gibson had my SSN number and DOB. She stated the I was listed as either the co applicant of person of reference. I then copied and number and was given a docket #. Once I ended the call something was odd about this call so I looked this number up 716 462-4561 and there was nothing but complaints of people stating they were scammed. Glad I did my research please don't let them scam you out of your hard earned money..
