Called looking for an employee. Started call with saying I hung up from him on a previous phone call. Was angry about the supposed hang up. Used employee's nickname to identify him. he employee had never used his nickname at work. Caller said the employee had 24 hours to contact him or he would be arrested. I called him back trying to get clarification and the caller became very agitated and told me not to waste his time and then he hung up on me.
I called the Duncan Law Office in Helena, Montana. The nice lady said they were aware of this going on and to report it to the local police and to the FTC. She said other people have called stating the same thing. The caller is very aggressive with his scare techniques and will contact any one connected to the person to make them scared also. THIS IS A SCAM. Report it to the local officials and the FTC.
