Same here, called at first leaving voice mails,stating this matter is concerning my personal bank account. Did this about 3 days in a row , then a female left a voicemail stating this is a legal issue.
Did enough google research, found their address and emailed a Certified letter requiring them to stop contacting me by phone and they also have 30 days to validate the debt they are claiming I owe. My mail was delivered Friday...not a phone call from them since!!!
Save all threatening messages they leave you, as these are, as other stated, violations of Federal Debt Collection Practices Act...which you can sue THEM for $1,000.00
