I heard number on radio called. They called me back asked for birth and SS#. They had all the info and gave me the balance of loans. Gave them my income and bills and they said they could get the entire loan relieved but their fee to do this would be 1500.00 but since i am a hardship case it would be 495.00 and they can set up payments.
