This place is telling me they have federal charges against me for something i never did they have half my info and half my husbands and are trying to say i had a payday loan and the place that gave me it has no record of me as a customer and doesn't even loan in my state or surrounding states. The bank also says they have no record of anyone giving us a payday loan. They want me to pay $300 some dollars and they will drop the charges or I will have a warrent put out on me.
