You are exactly right - they acquire debt information and do not care if it is accurate. They do not want to get any information, they only want to get your money. They have an "F" rating from the BBB. They imply they are police officers and describe themselves as "Investigating Officers" when they call, or threaten to report your loan to the IRS as unreported income. The phone number they want you to call was 216-452-0200. They do not accept blocked calls but will block theirs. SCAMMERS!!
