foreign man calls for various reasons..say our violation is "transfer of illegal funds"..and that our accts are frozen..when asked to fax info provide other info..he hung up..says out of Oakland CA but phone # from Clayton, NY..have filed complaint with attorney general office in my home state as well as NY..and also contacted the phone co that provides their service..as well as notified our bank..dont give them any infor..they have bought some..but need you to provide the rest..
