I told him how the tech destroyed a Sencore CR-161 CRT tester beyond repair and I wanted it replaced with one in the same condition as the one that was destroyed. He agreed it would be done. The lady that called for the follow-up call the next day took my information about the destruction and said someone would call on 3.7.12 to settle my claim. NO call was made! I expected as much. Obviously Harry let his tech get a thrill for several seconds, figured it was time to move to another thrill, lied to me about getting the piece replaced, assumed that if I was ignored while he was on holiday for a week I would go away and replace the piece at my expense. WRONG! I will take further action and look for another telephone service. NEVER believe anything this liar says or hire him!
