I have been receiving repeated calls from this number. If you speak after answering you get connected into an IVR which introduces itself as Rachel who proceeds to tell you that recent law changes have made it possible for you to take advantage of a limited time offer to lower you credit card interest rates. If you press one to speak to a real (rude) person then you inevitably end up getting hung up on no matter what you say. They will not take you off their list upon your request. They even hung up on me when I played dumb and suggested I was interested in the offer so that I could start to get to the bottom of who they actually are.
