Obvious scam. Caller (once James, once Steve) claimed my computer had corrupted files, and he, a Certified Microsoft Engineer, would help me fix the problem. English was heavily accented, probably Indian. Seemed to be working from a script. Although I didn't let the conversation get that far, it seemed like they eventually wanted to take remote control of the computer to fix the problem. This number has called 8-10 time over the past few days.
