I got a call yesturday for a family member that said I was being served papers and a warrant. When I call 585-270-6679 they promptly tell me that they are not a collector but after being hung up on 3 times and them refusing to give me a file number, they raise their voices and then hang up on me. I got no where and they are a bunch of crooks
