My mom received a call today from a woman claiming she was from a company calling about a payday loan she owed years ago. She told my mom she was going to sue her. This is unheard of in my state without being properly served. She said the company was located in Texas but had a Virginia phone ext. I searched Google and found this # is located in Suffolk, Virginia. I called the phone # back and the woman answered with only her first name "Jennifer" she then gave her last name but only when I asked. She said her last name was "Warren". Didn't give the company name. She asked me why I was being rude by after asking this info. I told her because she was a scammer and that no legitimate business wouldn't give their company's name. Also its funny that the same woman answer each time. Do not give any info. if you receive a call from this phone # 757-042-7542.
