This was definitely a robocall. The voice recognition was pretty good, but the robovoice could not respond to direct questions and would not give a phone # for me to use to call back or provide the company's address. The robocall voice recognition repeated something about not being able to give out personal information, although I did not ask for any personal information, just repeated that I could tell that this was a robocall, that robocalls are illegal, that I needed to have the company's full name, address and phone number to sue for using robocall technology. I kept saying that I did not agree to talk to a machine and did not want to be transferred to a specialist. The robot finally said that it was sorry for calling me.
