I just got the same call supposed to be IRS and was instructed to call because I owed money on my taxes. I was suppose to call a Kenneth Webster who was the supervisor. A man with a heavy Indian accent demanded that I call his supervisor. This creep had my name cell phone number and my employers address. When I called the number back it sounded like a call center. I said I was told to call right now , what seems to be the problem. He said give me your phone number after I gave him my name in my introduction. I said I am not giving you any information until you explain to me my I am calling a supervisor who is supposed to be in an office and I hear all the call center chatter in the background. What foolishness is this and he hung up. Clown... Idiot.
