Smart person.. they want to access your computer remotely as they are "WINDOWS TECH SUPPORT" and there are problems on your computer. I left them on hold while I opened my computer for awhile and then told them that the keys did not open the window the said I should see. Hit ctrl and r at the same time. that is the start of the setup for remote access. If you do that do NOT be connected to internet.
Oh yea and your response is a shorter way of dealing with them.. I like it. take care.
