Did you ever actually get served papers? I am going through the same issue with this company, and refused to pay them anything and they said I would be served at my work, and said good luck in court and hung up. They contacted my mom and brother and I finally called them back and asked them to stop and also asked for an address to send a letter in writing to stop calling my relatives since they had gotten hold of me. They couldn't give me an address, and they transferred me to another dept for my request, and I had to leave a message and no one ever called me back. Did you end up getting served papers?
