I got a call from the same people. The man claiming to be Joe Watson left a message on my cell phone twice. He said that I have a warrant of arrest and I need to call him immediately. He didn't stop there because when I didn't answer, he started calling my home phone several times.
Last week I received a call from an a totally different number (773-382-0013) claiming to be from homeland security. She threatened me that I'm about to be arrested for owing the IRS. When I told her I know nothing about this, she just continued on with. However, I hung up before she could get any of my information.
