This Lisa left a message that I needed to provide an "urgent update" to that phone number and her extension. She never once said she was from a collection agency, what company she was supposedly collecting for, or anything else pertaining to what was so "urgent". Deceptive collection practices at their finest! I used the internet to trace back this number. I shall be turning it over, along with a copy of voicemail, to my attorney.
