When I called 855-317-2299, she answered "Marion Lambert". I didn't have to punch in an extension. She said she was with Arbitration Financial. She said some company had retained her as an Arbitrator and after asking multiple times if this was regarding a debt, she said no, it's a legal matter. I'm not an attorney but legal matters are not initiated by leaving voice messages, there would need to be some kind of written notice (such as delivery by the local Constable).
