Got a recorded message saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. Called the phone number, and the guy said the IRS had sent a certified letter about the lawsuit and asked for my DOB and SSN. When I refused to give them, he said the police had been dispatched to my house to arrest me. I told him I would be calling the actual IRS to confirm his story and hung up.
