Mark with "ARG" said he had an appointment with the owner at 3pm. Told him he was busy and could not take the call. He said if I told the owner he was on the phone, the owner would take the call. When I asked what it was in regards to, he said a "legal, confidential matter". Told him I was the owner's wife, what could I help him with. He said he made an appointment for 3pm, I asked with whom. I answer the phone at ALL times and schedule ALL appointments. He hung up on me.
