I was wondering if you got any information about this company. I first got a very rude and harassing call from a woman with the last name Daniels(619)468-5108. she told me I had to call Statewide or they were going to serve me. I called the statewide and they were telling me I had a outstanding balance from 08/11 and they wanted to know if had a debit or credit card then she transferred me to a case manager. I informed her I was recording this call and my attorney told me I would need something mailed to me she got upset and said then i would you have to go to court and hung up. I read other people saying it was a scam, I did have loans out back then so I don't know if its legit.
They first lady called me back after that leaving a very rude message saying the same thing.
I went onto San Diego Superior Court website put my name and nothing came up.
I don't know what to do. I don't want them showing up at my house.
What do you suggest I do? Any help would be very appreciated.
