Actually called my boss and the hr director of my work. Answered when I called back and said I owe money on a credit card I haven't ever had and I told him that. Started reading off a credit report that wasn't mine and I told him that too. Said he was sueing me and a process server would be around, I said send them. Gave him a cease and desist order over the phone and he said basically whatever. Never got the name of his company as he wouldnt give it. I have reported them to the FTC and BBB
