jail calling family members saying my husband and i would go to jail if we didn't pay.she couldn't provide me with proof of the debt when asked.claimed i owed the debt since 08 in another state that i was not in at the time the check was signed.wouldn't say much wwhen questioned just kept threatening me with jail and issuing warrants.
