They have been calling and harrassing my family saying that I have a law suit against me for check fraud. I called them today and spoke with Michael. He was very rude. Had all my personal information including bank info. Said that I contact Emerald / Baha Marketing Group back in May 2011 for a pay day loan and received said loan. When I said that I did not know what he was talking about and needed the info mailed to me he said that he wanted to discuss it on the phone. He said that he has heard the same story from 30 other people and not one of them could prove it. I hung up. Hate this and Hate it more that my family is being harrassed.
