You have to be aware of your states "tapping" laws. Some states, only 1 person must know your being recorded. That one person is you and you don't have to tell them shit! just keep them on the line get as much info as possible get them to repeat the name of the company multiple times, ask them to remove your number and name from the calling list. If they call back within 31 days I think, the same company offering the same thing, its $10,000 law suit and you will win. Texas is a good state, I only have to know your being recorded, and it totally usable in court. The only reason they have to say this conversation is being recorded is because they most likely have a subsidiary in a state that doesn't allow 3rd party recording without knowledge of it being done.
