I have gotten many calls from this company threatening me leaving voicemail messages stating that I have fraudulent activity on my bank account. Yet, does not give any information or proof. I was contacted by another company stating the same thing offering me a settlement amount for something I do not know about. I requested in writing that I dispute the validity of the debt, and until they could provide me with copies and proof I did not want to be contacted by phone again. Now this company is calling over and over threatening me, really rude. Stating they will take this further. How can a company demand money from you without no information and not providing proof as I requested. Who just asks for money without the proper paperwork.
