Today I had this happen to me they this guy is calling my cell and work trying to pay him a partial on a debt I supposed to owe he is threatening me with arrest warrants when I told him I can't do anything he agreed to lower the amount and proceeded to threaten me with court and jail I DON"T KNOW What to do please help
