Received call 4/1/15 - April fool joke -- don't think so - it's a spam --The female caller identify from the IRS - and it was important to return call asap. ---- I did not return the call. Don't believe the IRS would fanatically call me. USPS is the norm. I should know, I've spoken to the IRS on numerous occasions. Hope this helps
