Got robocall with initial msge "to lower your credit card rate press 1". I had this scum before. Plessed 1. Horrible accent. Could not understand any word. I asked to speak slower. the accent got even worse. I asked not to call me. The guy on the other end said something back I couldn't understand what, but I can guess it was some kind of curse and disconnected. I am just curious, someone spends money hiring these people in some countries to call us for what? Does anyone have any statistics of damage they make? what do they do? get card #'s? accounts? personal info? who would give them this?
