Company called and left a messge on my cellphone stating that they are going to serve a warrant for my arrest at my place of work which is Department of Corrections for writing bad checks and stated I have been officially notified.
I have never written bad checks and I have the ability to perform record checks, so ofcourse I have no warrants. I will be speaking to an attorney that works in my building to find out what I should do about this scam. From the post about I believe this is southpoint management group. I will press charges and I am so glad I found this site.
