Received a message from this number claiming that the IRS was filing a lawsuit and asking me to call this number to get more information. I knew immediately that this was a scam as no one especially the IRS would call to inform you of an impending lawsuit. Lawsuits can only move forward once the litigant has been properly served papers in person or via certified mail (with return receipt)
