The person identifying himself as Patrick Stone had a very heavy Middle Eastern accent - difficult to understand. Did not pronounce words correctly. Told me I was about to be served/arrested and will need to appear in "supreme court" on Friday with $8758.62 to pay fines, etc. Read off some strange "charges" that were supposedly being brought up against me. The charges he read were: "violation of banking regulations," "theft by deception," "internet fraud." Told me he worked for a law firm, Feldman & Associates, in Los Angeles. This law firm handles construction, labor, and other forms of law. Plus, the number "Patrick Stone" provided, 707-633-0768, is a cell phone located somewhere in Northern California, not Los Angeles. Called Feldman & Associates' office in Los Angeles, and they confirmed they are not bill collectors. Plus, I called the sheriff's office and they confirmed no one calls and tells someone they are about to be served, etc., etc.
