Marc smith and Paul J Coleman use practices that are prohibited by the FTC. They call more then once a day, using langauge that is harassing, oppressing, threatening and abusive, they are a third or forth party collector and do not supply any proof when asked of validation of debt. When the debt is past the statue of limitation they say it has been through abritration which keeps it alive. When you tell them you have proof that the debt was paid in full they will not except it and continue to threaten. They leave voice messages that take up memory on the machine, yelling into the phone and repeating the same words over and over again. Mr. Marc Smith did that to me. I offered proof that I did not owe the debt, he claimed that he represented Wells Fargo, I called Wells Fargo and they denied that he represented them and said they did not have an account listed with the account number he provided. Paul J Coleman's company would not provide any proof that the debt was owed. Michael Feinstein tries to force and manipulate you into giving him a post dated check of any amount promising he will remove the debt as soon as you do. The amount they usually want is above 2 thousand dollars.
This Company uses threats of harm; try to make you believe you have committed a crime and will be in big trouble if it goes to court. They use language that is not appropriate by the rules of the FTC and repeatedly use the telephone to annoy you.
