I received this very same message yesterday, 3/4/15. Stating they were from the processing summons division and that two fraud charges were to filed in my county - associated with my social security #. I was told to call the legal department at 314-884-3221, before the summons is delivered to my work or home, as additional charges could be filed. No one answers and voice mail is full.
