When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence. The perpetrator is a scam HVAC contractor (probably unlicensed). Another scam HVAC contractor -- Quality Air -- has phoned from (909) 245-0598, a Crestline VOIP number. Could Quality Air be using VOIP lines at both (805) 244-2268 and (909) 245-0598 to conduct its illegal activities? Inquiring minds want to know.
