Tried to tell me if i didnt agree to pay I had to appear in court this week and that they would be out to serve me papers. They have called and said the same thing several times with "before 4:00" i said come on over, im not signing anything.
I filed a complaint against them with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau as they are in violation of the FDCPA. and strongly urge you to do the same if they harass you. I am sure they scare people into paying all day long..... they need to be stopped.
