I pressed 1 after an automated system said if I was interested in lowering my cards interest rate. An unidentified woman answered and asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate? I informed her I do not have a credit nor have I ever and that she was calling a cell phone. I asked her to remove the number and she said just don't answer and hung up. I dont know how they got the number nor why they are calling, but it should stop.
