Did Patricia Cruz 916-572-3209 & 323-473-0384 seduce you with an offer too good to be true? She texts this reply to your Craigslist inquiry "(item) is available for sale Provide your email and I will contact you as soon as possible with pics and info (I I use this method becuse a lot of people ask questions but they are not interested)" and that should be your first Red Flag - straying away from standard eBay and Craig's List transaction protection.
Then she sends an email with an "Invoice" .pdf attachment claiming to be from eBay Motors Customer Support Department 512-222-8639 to convince you to send a "deposit" to outside the U.S. by using eBay Gift Cards, which you load, then send the code to the scammer. eBay Motors does not work that way, and why can't you use PayPal? This number had been a massage parlor in Buda, Texas, perhaps it still is.
eBay is in no way associated with the domains utilized - 82.165.159.131, smtp.mailfrom=vehicle-purchase-protection@net-shopping.com ([173.234.158.163]) or web-mail.mail.com. "eBay Motors" IS BOGUS. Why are you forbidden from completing the transaction with PayPal? eBay will NEVER email invoice.pdf attachments to email and they will NEVER demand a sale funded only by eBay Cards.
p.s. all phone numbers are spoofed VOIP from outside the U.S., why would eBay do that? Aren't you glad you searched and my post is the only mention of eBay Motors?
