He stated I have a bench warrant for missing court with them when I never knew about it. He said I owed 347 for a money loan 6 years ago and if I did not pay 174 with 24 hours with a credit card he will come get me to take me to jail. I was so scared and said I would make payments and he said no pay now or go to jail. He threatened me and my familys well being.
