They have called several times so this once I went along with them to get their name and what they charge they say they are with Microsoft and it is free then they want to get into you computer and show you everything that is wrong (mainly the event viewer) which doesn't mean you are infected then they want $149.00 for a year contract. I hung up on them but I still receive about 10 to 15 calls a month both on my home phone and my cell,(which I don't know how they got my cell number) but I have received 5 calls on one day from two different PEOPLE saying the same thing with 1 call being from just a 1 in the id field
