I was informed that I had 2 delinquent loans from 2008 and 2010 that I applied to on line...which I absolutely did not...She gave me the name of our bank and the last 4 digits of my SS#. She said she gave the information to our local county clerks office and gave me a case #. The County clerk's office has not heard anything. She told me that she will continue to call my office and my home until I am arrested...
