automated call. Said a letter had been sent saying my rate would be going up. If I would like to talk to a representative to prevent this from happening, to push 9. The "receptionist" answered wanting to know if I'd like to talk to a representative. I asked who they were and she said "the rate center". Asked again if I'd like transfered. I asked again what the company was. Rudely told me that she had already told me who they were and that she was just a receptionist. I said "you called me" and she said "no, you answered and asked to be transfered". I hung up. Obviously a scam. Call rejection won't even let me add the number because it's not valid in the us.
