I just received a similar call. The lady wanted my address to send me legal documents. I asked what company she was calling from and she said its in reference to the firm Monument. She said she was under the impression that I was aware of this company and a lawsuit being filed against me. I said no I'm not aware. But she did give me their number to call. I'm going to call but I had to research this company first and this is the only site I could find in reference to Monument.
