Said I would be receiving "certified documents" that required me to be home to sign for them, and if I wasn't available, that I should call back (leaving a different phone number of 866-601-7396) to reschedule delivery for a time when I would be there. I find it interesting that these types of calls are made right around the time you're expecting a tax refund.
