Caller with a thick Indian accent called my cell phone, claiming that he was with IRS. He asked if I had any idea why they were calling. I told him maybe, before I realized that the IRS would not call for the issue that I am having. He began fishing for information. When I asked him what he was fishing for, he told me I had to call back his manager-Jack Hoffman or that they were going to turn over my case to the Houston Police department and that I would be arrested.
